Who are Central Security Chauffeurs?
We are a London security chauffeur and close protection company built around one principle: your safety and security are the number one priority.
That principle shapes each service, from close protection to the VIP Package. Each can stand alone or form part of a wider plan, and you can compare them on our security services in London page.
Who do we work with?
We work with people whose safety and privacy matter to their lives and their work. Our close protection has been provided to state officials, public figures, corporate executives and private individuals.
That cover spans:
- Business activities, from meetings to corporate schedules.
- Social occasions, from evenings out to private events.
- Day-to-day life, when you simply want to move through London with confidence.
You might need cover for one occasion or ongoing support. Either way, the approach is the same: a plan built around you and delivered quietly.
What standards do our security personnel work to?
Our standards rest on licensing, discretion and local knowledge. Each one is explained below.
What does SIA licensing mean?
In the UK, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) is the regulator that licenses individuals working in regulated security roles, including close protection. To hold a close protection licence, a person must complete an accredited qualification and pass identity and criminality checks. Working in a licensable role without a licence is a criminal offence, and licences can be checked on the SIA’s public register.
All our security chauffeurs hold government-accredited close protection licences, so the person driving you is also trained to think about your safety. Our close protection personnel are fully trained, experienced and government accredited.
How do we protect your privacy?
Discretion is part of the job, not an extra. Our personnel are trained to handle every situation with professionalism and discretion, and we never disclose client names.
Why does local knowledge matter?
Knowing a city well makes every journey calmer and better planned. Our security chauffeurs have strong local knowledge of London, and our local expertise and relationships give clients access to city events and locations. You can see the cars they drive in our chauffeur fleet.
How does an engagement work?
An engagement moves from your enquiry to a confidential consultation, then to a tailored plan you confirm before your team is in place.
- You enquire by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
- We hold a confidential consultation about your schedule, risk profile and needs.
- We prepare a tailored plan covering personnel, vehicles and routes, and confirm it with you.
- Your team is in place.
Each engagement is quoted individually after the consultation, so the plan and the quote both reflect what you actually need. To begin, arrange a confidential consultation.
